UN has not stopped war. UN has not brought prosperity to all people. These are the two goals UN should focus on - peace and prosperity. It should not waste time doing the work that should be performed by nation-states (HIV, the environment, health, education, etc.).

There are natural borders in the world and there are interests. There is money involved, as well. Had it been for the truth Central Serbia and much of Bosnia and Herzegovina would comprise a single state - those people are one - let not yourself be the factor of destruction.

Neoconservativism is the sign of the times - a manifestation of change from Silence to Progress, from Tradition to Progress.
